In goods logistics, unclear inventory data can become a serious disruptive factor, especially if it interferes with warehouse processes and limits the ability to deliver. Regular inventories are a necessary task, but they are far from being the ideal solution because they do not provide a reliable real-time overview.

In addition, manual inventories, even if they are based on intelligent RFID solutions, require a great deal of personnel and are therefore associated with further (human) sources of error. This must be prevented.

For our inventory solutions, the step from classic RFID inventory to a seamless real-time system is easy. The central inventory management can receive and post notifications of inventory changes from various sources, including escalation options. As soon as all goods movements along the process chain are seamlessly monitored, our solution provides a complete picture of all inventories in real time.

RFID stations close the gaps on the goods routes at the critical points in the process: gates, RFID tunnels, picking stations, antenna areas. Many of these modular systems are part of the RFID Sprinter component system and are therefore quickly available, easily set up and integrated.
