Schloss Fels Winery uses "proFood" to control all production processes

Schloss Fels Winery, one of Austria's largest wineries, now has end-to-end IT-based production control thanks to syspro's MES solution proSystem Food (also known as "proFood" for short). ProFood has been in use as a core system alongside SAP since 2006. After the conceptual design, the implementation took place in less than three months. Since the adaptation of the MES system "proFood", a complete traceability of all articles from the goods receipt over the complete production up to the goods issue is now IT-supported possible in the winery Schloss Fels. The MES solution starts in the complex grape reception and evaluation, which is now additionally controlled and to the advantage of all parties involved - both the winery and the grape suppliers.
